Please provide the "Billing Address " exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are ready to be shipped. PayPal users will receive an email message with detailed instructions on how to complete the PayPal transaction. International orders using money orders need to use International Money orders, please. Checks must be drawn from a United States bank account. SALES TAX:
Florida law requires us to collect sales tax on "ALL DOMESTIC" orders. Sorry friends, but this is the law in this state and I do not want to go to prison or have to work on the side of the road wearing a uniform that reads (DOC, Department Of Corrections) on it. The sales tax we are required to charge for "all domestic orders" is 6.5%. It will be calculated for you during the order process and should show up on your invoice when you check out. If you live outside the United States and you are charged sales tax when you check out, please contact us so we can correct the situation.
SHIPPING:
Our policy is to ship every Web Store order within 48 hours (or 2 business days). However, we sometimes miss this mark and have to hold items longer than this due to regular job business travel. If we ever have to hold your order for more than 5 business days, you will be contacted by phone or email explaining the reason for the delay. Please note that shipping days are calculated in business days. We are closed during the weekends and most U.S. Federal holidays. If you place an order during such time, it will not be received until the next business day.
STOCKING:
We make ALL the resin products we sell, so these items are ALWAYS "in stock." However, some of our items DO include detail accessories that may not be manufactured by us, and which can hold up an order. We do NOT place items on back order. In the rare event that we are unable to ship part of your order, we will delete that item from your order and either credit your credit card or PayPal account, or send a refund check or international money order with the rest of your order. IF WE HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, you will also be notified of the situation BEFORE we ship your order so you can provide us with further instruction as to how we might be better able to satisfy your modeling needs.
PAYMENTS:
We do NOT charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. All other methods of payment are deposited upon receipt. If - for ANY reason - we are unable to process and ship your order within 5 business days, we will make an effort to call or email you so we can explain the delay and resolve any problems.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER:
We process your orders as quickly as we can. If you find that you have made an error in your order, or wish to change your order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY! You may contact us by email, phone or fax. If you contact us BEFORE your order is processed, we will do everything reasonably possible to help you resolve any problems you may have with your order. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUND POLICY:
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace the order, or damaged, defective parts. If we are unable to correct your problem to your satisfaction, we will gladly provide a full refund of your purchase and shipping charges upon return of the products you purchased. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
LIABILITY POLICY:
We are NOT responsible for any uninsured items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Any and all claims for uninsured items lost or during shipping should be directed toward the carrier. We are VERY concerned with customer service and satisfaction, and we will do everything we can to help with shipping problems. If your order is lost in the mail, please notify us. We have a very good relationship with our postmaster general, and we will do everything possible to help you find and/or retrieve your package.

DOMESTIC ORDERS INSURANCE:
Due to a large increase in lost orders by our sister companies, we now require delivery confirmation for ALL domestic orders under $100, and insurance on ALL domestic orders over $100. Domestic insurance rates start at $1.30 and range to $3.20 depending on the dollar amount. If your insured order is lost, we cannot initiate a claim for 30 days AFTER it was shipped. We, as the shipping agent, are responsible for initiating this claim. We are also the recipient of any settlement awarded by the insurance company. After the claim is settled, we will either replace your lost order, or issue you a full refund of your purchase. We can no longer provide replacement items for "lost orders". If you have a problem with a "lost order" that had a delivery confirmation or insurance we will be glad to provide proof of that information. Sorry my friends, due to some all must pay.
DELIVERY TIME:
We ship ALL orders inside the U.S. by U.S. Priority Mail. This service normally takes 2-3 business days. However, the Post Office states that it may take up to 10 days for delivery. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery if you live inside the U.S.
OVERSEAS ORDERS: STANDARD SHIPPING RATES: INSURANCE:
Due to a large increase in lost orders by our sister companies, we have changed our policy for shipments outside the U.S. ALL orders under $100 will have no additional charges added. HOWEVER, we cannot trace, and are NOT responsible for these orders if they are lost in the mail. ALL orders outside the U.S. over $100 MUST have insurance. Insurance rates are $1.30 to $8.20 for Canadian orders and $1.85 to $11.60 for all other countries. If your insured order is lost, we cannot initiate a claim for 30 days AFTER it was shipped. We, as the shipping agent, is responsible for initiating this claim. We are also the recipient of any settlement awarded by the insurance company. After the claim is settled, we will either replace your lost order, or issue you a full refund of your purchase.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
The U.S. Postal Services has changed its policy toward the type of boxes it will accept for overseas packages. As a result, ALL orders outside the U.S. will have an additional $1 added to their shipping charges to cover these costs.
DELIVERY TIME:
All orders will be shipped between 4-5 business days. We ship ALL orders outside the U.S. by U.S. Global Priority Mail (airmail). This service normally takes 4-10 business days to reach customs in your country. HOWEVER, the Post Office says it may take up to 14 business days. Most of the orders we ship to our customers outside the U.S. arrive in 2-3 weeks. We would appreciate you allowing 4 weeks for delivery before contacting us about your order. NOTE: We have NO control over packages once they reach the customs department in your country. Once your package reaches customs, we CANNOT track your package. We are NOT responsible or liable for any package that is left unclaimed in customs.
MINIMUM ORDER:
The minimum amount for an order in the U.S. or Canada is $10.00. There is a minimum order of $20.00 for all other countries. We reserve the right to decline any order that does NOT meet this requirement.
